Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation (joining kits, offer letters)
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and team events.
Handle employee grievances and queries in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor employee performance and assist in performance appraisal processes.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience preferred.

Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
